3.5" Heavy Duty Square-Plate T Hinges

Made a gate with invisible hinges. The gate has (2) 12" rot boards and is 8'+ tall. I've had them installed for 1+months with no issues on powder coating. Quiet and smooth.

The hinges are heavy metal, and look nice, however, two weeks after I installed these hinges, I noticed one of the hinge pins slid down. Upon looking closer, I found the shaft of the pin had broken in to two pieces. Looking closer, it looked like the hinge pins were made of a cheaper grade of metal. I’m just hoping the rest of the pins don’t break. Quiet and smooth.

These were installed on all our gates here in Florida about 4 years ago. Some of the screws are clean finish, corrosion-resistant but the Hinges are still in perfect order.

They are nice and well made. They are feel flowing and not stiff. Not good for all projects. Quiet and smooth.

We went to the hardware store looking for hinges but decided to look on The brand website (TDC). Found similar ones for a better price. They are heavy duty and seem well made. Very happy with purchase. Quiet and smooth.

Bad quality clean finish, corrosion-resistant in not even a month don’t recommend

I built an outhouse off of my hot tub deck because running inside at -30, through the snow, to use the loo got old after a one winter. I made the door out of 3/4 plywood and 1x scraps so it’s got some weight to it. I didn’t want to use the lightweight hinges that they had at the local hardware store, and the heavier duty ones that they had were HUGE! So, I came on here to look for something a more robust, but of reasonable size, and I didn’t want to break the bank. I came across these and thought I’d give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived in the mail. They are made of thick metal and are pretty heavy duty. They are not overly large. They have a very nice finish to them so not only do they look good, but it appears that they will hold up well over time. They provide a smooth open and close to my outhouse door. I think they are a great product for the price I paid. I would definitely buy again if the need arose. If my door looks a little wonky, it’s not because of the hinges. It’s because I’m a tiny 5’2 girl who built an outhouse and hung the door alone (with the help of her trusty side kick cat) Don’t blame the hinges, blame the builder. 😜 Quiet and smooth.
