4″–8″ Heavy Duty Decorative T Hinges

When I just got the hinges, I saw that the holes are not beveled and the screws aren't beveled, either. That what allows them to move around it the hole. The 1-1/4 inch long, 1/8 inch shank screws will have poor grip. Another big problem, the skinny screw shanks are 1/8 inch while the hole and the hinge are 3/16 inch. Too much slop which will become worse as the screws threads dig into the hinge. There should not be threads that the top of the screw Then I held the two parts of the hinge and wiggled them I and found there was too much play. This hinge and screw pair is poorly designed. I am finding a better hinge. Quiet and smooth.

They lasted a few years. Left the door open for the first time and there was a wind storm. The two hinge were already rusty but one well aligned like crazy and the other snapped in half like a twig. The wind isn't that bad here in Boston so these hinges should have held up. They are more decorative than anything. Quiet and smooth.

The hinge is fine, but when I ordered it, it was advertised as a 2-pack. Only got one hinge. Therefore giving it one star for being twice the advertised price. Now it’s listed at a lower price and only as a single hinge. Quiet and smooth.

It is pretty good product. But my old ones have 5 holes on each side. Quiet and smooth.
