Excellent hinges. They are high quality, heavy duty hinges that exceeded my expectations. They are tight on the swivel, which is excellent for use because they do not feel secure fit like most hinges. I would highly recommend these. I used them as decorative hinges for my nightstands I built and stained. I ordered another set for my next project- shutters. I look forward to seeing them up on the shutters shortly. I will be using the same wood and stain. The Black is a semi gloss black, which is nice, though I would have liked them to be flat. The screws are black, although a different shade, which is noticeable in the sun- is not noticeable in the lighting of s bedroom. Would still highly recommend these. When I finish my shutters I will add another pic. Quiet operation.

Great hinges for new gate install. Very solid and quiet. Didn’t use the included screws as they were 1 1/4” and I had depth in the gate ( and the 4x4 posts) for a little deeper, and prefer a lag bolt to mount solid - used 2” x 1/4” lag bolts as those fit net to the existing screw holes. Easier for me to ratchet than screw. Quiet operation.

Used these to hang heavy shed doors on my workshop in the woods. 6' x 7' doors, board and batten over 2x4 frame, 1/2" plywood backer... HEAVY. Replaced provided screws with long heavy duty lags. Worked great. They swing easy with no sag. Quiet operation.

The product that is supposed to be used outdoors clean finish, corrosion-resistant in less than a year of light use on the shed doors. Waste of money, but even bigger waste of time, because now they obviously need to be replaced. See attached photo Quiet operation.
