Changed out doorknobs to black and instead of spray painting the hinges decided to just replace them. These are very sturdy, lined up perfectly to the existing holes. They've been on for about a year and I haven't had to retighten any of them. They're perfect matte black.

Just a Swinging

Not sure how these are supposed to be adjustable. These hinges are built sturdy and can swing a door open and closed with ease.
