You really never know what you're going to get when buying hardware off Amazon, but these are excellent quality and they look great! They were super easy to install (tip: take off one hinge at a time so you don't have to take the door all the way off and wrestle with putting it back on) and they really updated the look of my house. The matte black looks great and it doesn't appear to scratch easily. 10/10 I recommend buying these! They're a fraction of the cost that the big box stores charge and just as great quality!

I was vacillating when I changed my door handles. Do I change my brass hinges to oil rubbed bronze also, or do I just leave them? I already had one that was brass hinges with oil rubbed bronze handles. It was okay. I lived with it and never really paid any attention. But when I added a closet for my cleaning machines next to my coat closet, I wanted them to match. I could not get the handles to match so I had to get new ones. When I got the handles, I thought that changing the hinges might be the zip it needed. Boy was I right! The brass hinges pull the eyes away and the handles become secondary instead of the main event. They matched beautifully and blend pulling the eyes to the handles. Easy to install. Well worth the investment.

So many oil rubbed bronze hinges look black, we needed more brownish oil rubbed bronze to match knobs and other hardware. We ordered and shopped at many stores and on line before finding and ordering these. SO HAPPY WITH THE COLOR! Builder hasn't installed them yet so don't know how they will work but the look is PERFECT!

Those hinges are great. I’ve bought around 150 of them. They feel very strong and solid.
