Well made, should hold up for a long time

... but this is a quality set of hardware for a reasonable price. I would expect this gate to be heavy enough to support a small-medium sized gate (roughly 2.5 -5 ft wide), depending on build of course.

The latch is very flimsy/thin that does not latch every time due to its light weight. And does not have any mechanism to unlatch from the inside. If the gate happens to close behind you, you're locked in...no way out. Better hope you're capable of climbing over the fence. I had to drill a hole thru the post and attach a string to the latch to be used from the other side.

Received quickly with all required parts. I did need a few screws that were longer than those provided because I needed to screw some into not only the fence board, but also the 2 x4 behind it. No big deal at all though.

Just what I needed
I used the hardware to make a door in my existing gate and it worked perfectly

I bought this for my garden gate that I built and this works great. Exactly what I needed and comes with everything you could need for your average gate. It was easy to install as well.
