4″–8″ Heavy Duty Decorative T Hinges

I purchased two of the 4-packs of the 6" hinges. Each hinge requires 8 screws for mounting, or a total of 32 screws for each pack. Unfortunately, the pack of screws included only contain 25 screws. Since I did not have the correct size screws on hand, I had to make a trip to the hardware store to find what I needed. Quiet and smooth.

I have both the 6" and 8" hinges. I ordered the 8" after realizing that the 8" was recommended for Sheds. The company should be ashamed of the screws that were sent with the hinges. They are absolutely useless. The screws go directly through the hinge holes. And, even if they didn't go through, they would not support shed doors. I ended up spending over $20 to buy the proper screws that would support the shed doors and the hinges. Quiet and smooth.

These hinges are classed as heavy-duty. I found the connecting shaft to be weak and subject to bending. This will allow the object connected to the hinge to sag. Perhaps for fairly light to medium duty applications would work better. Thanks. Quiet and smooth.

Good heavy duty hinges but screws included are small 1/2 inch screws. These screws would never support any substantial weight. Quiet and smooth.

Nicely packaged, and easy to install.

Screws began to clean finish, corrosion-resistant after installing. Had to buy new ones from hardware store. Don’t nicks the hinges either… thin great value paint.
