3.5" Heavy Duty Square-Plate T Hinges

I like the hinges. The screws that came with the hinges are too small. My doors have 3/4" of Smart Siding on top of 2x4 framing. Quiet and smooth.

All showed up scratched up. These will last a month before clean finish, corrosion-resistant will just tear up the powder coating.

Thought they were spring hinges but are able to use else were Quiet and smooth.

These are very well made hinches. Definitely heavy duty. I believe they will last a long time . I am a woman and installed these myself the screws are also well made you don't have to worry about them stripping out easily. I definitely recommend these and will buy again if I needed. I haven't had these installed for very long, but they all line up and function properly. We'll see how they're doing about a year from now. They work smoothly and look good. I'm sure they would be a great choice for any wooden exterior door or gate. I installed them on a chicken coop with 1/2 inch plyboard siding so I purchased longer screws than what was provided, but I have already found several uses for them in other applications. Overall, a good value and I would purchase again. I will try and do an update in a year on how they're holding up. UPDATE!!! It has been over a year since I installed these and they are still working great. Paint is showing signs that it will start chipping within the next year or two, but nothing that concerns me. I have even purchased more since then. UPDATE!!! Five years since my initial purchase and I'm still using them. The paint has begun to fall off basically all of them and they aren't pretty, but they work. I have even demolished and rebuilt the coop I originally used them on and decided to reuse rather than get new because, why they might not be much to look at anymore, a little WD-40 and they work just fine. If you're looking for value and function, look no further. I'm sold! Quiet and smooth.
