Everything arrived quickly and well packed. The product performs well and is comfortable to use, meeting expectations with ease.

These were the perfect fit for this style of hinge. The correct amount of hardware was included. I used them for interior doors. So, it wasn't an issue for me that there was only one package of 6 longer screws. There were enough shorter ones to use for all three hinges per door. Good price. I'd buy again if the need arises.

First thing I noticed when I took the hinges out of the plastic packaging was that they were super stiff and didn't swing open freely. It took considerable effort (for a hinge) to open them. When I tried to remove the hinge pins so that I could mount the second half to the door, I found out why. The pins are coated in what seems to be a super sticky substance that is probably supposed to be grease, but acts more like an adhesive. Trying to hammer out the pins, they were stuck in the hinge so tightly that it actually caused the screws to become loose in the door frame. I tried wiping the pins with alcohol to no avail, and then soaking them with goo-gone adhesive remover, with no better results. The picture above is after the attempts to remove the substance. Even after all that, the pins are so sticky that they adhere to my hand when held open and upside-down. I'll definitely be returning.

A good, sturdy hinge with no "play". Brushed nickel finish matches other hardware nicely.
